What we offer
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and a client that aims to improve the client's overall well-being. This form of therapy provides a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through regular sessions, individuals can gain a better understanding of themselves, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth. Therapy can help people manage and overcome mental health challenges, navigate life transitions, improve relationships, and heal from past traumas. Overall, individual therapy offers a supportive environment for self-exploration and self-improvement, leading to increased self-awareness and a better quality of life.
Individual Therapy
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. This energy is said to be the reason we feel healthy and balanced. Reiki practitioners believe that if one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to feel unwell or stressed. During a reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body, allowing the energy to flow and promote healing. Many people report feelings of peace, relaxation, and overall well-being after a reiki session.
Reiki Therapy
Telehealth therapy is a form of therapy where sessions are conducted remotely, typically through video calls or phone calls. This allows clients to receive mental health support from the comfort of their own space, eliminating the need to travel to a therapist's office. Telehealth therapy offers convenience, flexibility, and accessibility, making it easier for individuals to prioritize their mental health. Sessions are conducted confidentially and securely, ensuring client privacy. Through telehealth therapy, individuals can still receive quality therapeutic support and guidance and work towards healing and personal growth.

Practicing yoga regularly can help reduce stress, increase relaxation, and promote overall well-being. There are many different styles of yoga, from fast-paced vinyasa to more gentle restorative practices. Areas of Expertise
-
Trauma
My primary area of expertise, I have worked with trauma survivors my entire career. I specialize in relationship based traumas such as childhood trauma, religious trauma, romantic relationship trauma (domestic violence), and sexual violence.
-
LGBTQIA+
As a queer/gender-affirming therapist, my goal is to create a space where clients are free to be themselves and feel comfortable speaking on their experiences as it relates to gender, sexuality, and the challenges that may arise navigating these realities.
-
Life Transition Issues
From new career to moving in with your partner to having a baby, life transitions can be a lot to handle all on your own! Sometimes it’s helpful knowing a third party has your back in the constant chaos of life. By working together, we figure out how to manage what comes up.
-
Kink & Sex-Positive
Kink and sexual diversity can be difficult to navigate. Often there is judgement or stigma related or even relationship issues that can pop up. My goal is to offer a space where we take a non-judgemental and non-pathologizing approach to sexuality.
-
Spirituality & Yoga
Spirituality can look so different for everyone. As a therapist who specializes in religious trauma, this is an area that some might find incredibly triggering and difficult to connect with. Through a trauma-informed lens, we are able to broaden the definition of spirituality to a better connection with both your internal and external world. We can do this through connection with nature, yoga, meditation, and many other spiritual activities.
-
Anxiety & Panic Disorders
Anxiety can be so debilitating that it can start to impact your relationships, your job, and even your self-care. Your anxiety can actually activate your central nervous system, causing you to go into fight, flight, or freeze. Through therapy, we can learn methods to calm your anxiety and central nervous system.
-
Self-esteem
Self compassion is a buzz word we hear often these days, but how does one get there? That’s the million dollar question! It might be difficult to establish self compassion and set boundaries that affirm your self-worth, but it’s not impossible. Self compassion is the pathway to healing and a better relationship with yourself.

ADHD
Forgetfulness, difficulty reading and writing, time-blindness, being late to everything, difficulty getting work done in a timely manner, hyper-focusing on one thing for hours, and much more, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can be difficult to manage. My aim is to help you navigate the multiple fascist of this disorder and set goals that are small and manageable.
